What is a paint correction?

Paint correction removes any swirls, blemishes, or scratches on the paintwork to create a mirror-like shine. It involves delicately buffing away the fine topmost layer of clear coat on a vehicle's paintwork, leaving it flawless. Paint correction takes several hours including all of the prep work to wash and clay before starting, and includes a full auto detail, interior and exterior cleaning, First, an abrasive polish removes the paint defects, then a finishing polish and pad are used to refine the paintwork afterwards, which is followed by a wax or paint sealant for protection. This can take about 8 hours on average.Paint correction is the process of leveling (removing) imperfections in the surface of the paint. This can include a variety of issues and causes like water spots, paint over spray, wash scratches, wipe down marks, bird dropping surface stains, oxidation and buffer holograms and more. If you care about the appearance and longevity of your vehicle, having a paint correction done is absolutely worth it. There is no better way to make your car stand out from the crowd and get some serious attention – Makes your car shine like New! make your cars color come back to Life! we are not liable for any damage due to how easy it is and can be for honest paint defects that are due to thin paint and clear coat, due to us not knowing the true health and longevety of your paint and what the car has been through there for any paint spots hot spots or paint fading we are not liable for any of that. when doing a paint correction it really depends how many times its already been buffed in its life time and if there has been proper maintenance and care for the vehicle or not there for any and all damages if occur are on the customer, so make sure you know your cars health before getting a big paint treatment like a paint correction.

the three stages explained

Stage 1 Paint Correction -

Stage 2 Paint Correction -

- Is used for paint in already pretty good condition with very minor defects. For Stage 1, you use a finishing polish and a finishing pad, then follow it with a wax or paint sealant to protect the paint work. This takes about 4 hours on average, fixes up to 50% of paint imperfections, Light Swirls & Blemishes.

- Is used on vehicles with some swirl marks and/or light scratches.  This takes 2 polish and pad combinations. First, an abrasive polish removes the paint defects then a finishing polish and pad are used to refine the paint work afterwards. Again, it’s followed by a wax or paint sealant for protection. This can take about 8 hours on average, fixes up to 85% of paint imperfections, medium Swirls and scratches.

Stage 3 Paint Correction -

- Is used on cars with heavy swirl marks and scratches. The first step of Stage 3 is to use a heavy cutting compound and pad to remove the deep swirl marks and scratches. Sometimes this includes spot wet sanding if there are heavy scratches. Then it’s followed by a finishing polish and pad for refinement then a wax or sealant. This can take up to 12 hours to complete, fixes up to 95%+of paint imperfections, for a defect free finish.
